Another year, another excellent event!
Thanks so much to all those who took a chance on the weather came out to participate in our 35th annual race. It’s all of you who make this special. Also thanks to all the volunteers who pitched in and lent us a hand.
We were treated to record breaking performances by both Olympian marathoner Reid Coolsaet and the incredible Ed Whitlock. Reid broke the 17 year old 10k course record with a time of 29:10. Ed set a new single age WORLD RECORD running 49:08, easily breaking the previous world record for an 84 year old. This marks the 8th time Ed has set a world record in our race.

Finally a huge thank you to our sponsors. With your generous support, we continue to make a difference in kids lives.
See you next year!

Please support our charities
Since 2010, the Longboat Roadrunners have gone the distance for Pathways with their fundraising efforts through the Longboat Toronto Island Run. By supporting one of the Longboat event runners, you can help hundreds of students overcome their barriers to education, graduate from high school, and move on to post-secondary education and training.
